Delete your data

How to remove what Luwato holds about you, including if you logged in with Facebook, Google or Apple.

Trips and profile on your device

1. Open My trips and tap Delete next to each trip.
2. To remove everything at once, clear this site's data in your browser settings, or uninstall the app.

Your Luwato account

If you created an account (with email, Facebook, Google or Apple), we hold your email address, your travel profile and your saved trips.

1. Email us from the address you use to log in, with the subject Delete my Luwato account. Use the support email on our app store listing.
2. We delete your account, profile and trips within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting your Luwato data doesn't affect your Facebook, Google or Apple account. You can also remove Luwato's access from your Facebook settings under Apps and websites.

What we don't keep

Anonymous search statistics (destination, month, trip length) are never linked to you, so there's nothing personal to delete there. See our privacy policy.
